a side street near the Cathedral. It is famous not only for its menu of
out-of-this-world traditional Cuban dishes but also for its delectable Mojitos
and its unique decor. Ever since its opening in 1942, its clientele has included

politics. The atmosphere is bohemian, and guests are welcome to write or carve
their names anywhere they can find space to do so. Its atmosphere retakes the
atmosphere of the traditional inn, adorned here with the "Tres" (typical Cuban guitar), maracas, güiros and bongos. Enjoy the frijoles negros dormidos and the roast pork.
